PAD - Avenham Mills

Located in Preston city centre, the Avenham Mills development consists of twenty-six newly built apartments. While the build was in its infancy, PAD tasked Jabster to produce an interior design scheme for a two bedroom configuration targeted at young professionals on average incomes. Interior imagery coupled with an animated fly-through were produced for brochure and website marketing. These were used prior to build completion to generate advance sales.

Vaulted Warehouse

Located in Manchester's Castlefield district, the Vaulted Warehouse (within the award winning Britannia Mills development) was originally regenerated several years ago. Improvements to the ground floor living space made way for a larger kitchen, bathroom and storage areas, in part achieved by replacing the existing staircase to the upper deck. The upper deck is also extended over the entrance hallway to create an office, resulting in a stunning loft apartment.
